In manual mode, users need to harvest eggs by clicking on them and selecting "harvest." In this mode, users can choose between harvesting the eggs or hatching them.
The balance of eggs in this manual mode is calculated based on the rarity of the egg you harvest. Different egg rarities will be worth different numbers of eggs. You can refer to the table to see the value of each egg rarity.

It is recommended that you keep high-rarity eggs for hatching to increase the rarity of the ducks first. Once you have a full flock of ducks, you can start using CFO to auto-harvest the eggs to gain more eggs.
